At least I’m Practical When I buy Outragious Tech Items
Just look at the size of the mouse and PC tower next to it. Thats real size. This would make for a HD TV and god like Pc monitor all in one. I will be buying this after I upgrade my PC next month. I’m over due on upgrading my PC, I’ve had it for at least two years hehe. I do use it for work you know. Not to say gaming on it would be a great. I would have a ton of work space on a 30 inch wide screen monitor. With a 30 inch and my current 19 inch I would never have to switch between the 4 to 6 programs I run at the same time ever again. Not to mention the life span of the extra clicks ofthe mouse button i would be saving not having to click on the taskbar tabs 
oh and its goig to be around $1800 instead of the $2500 apple wants forthier 30 inch monitor. If you have not been to an apple store to see one of these 30 inch monitors go check one out.

Thats a widescreen monitor? man, that just goes to show what a bunch of fuckups the people who run DELL are… The way the monitor is angled in that ad, it doesnt even LOOK widescreen… If they can’t get advertising right “Dude, Im not getting a Dell”.
Of couse apple product look amazing. I will refer to a great comment I read once “apple looks great next the pile of shit i have on my desk.” meaning its a discrace to have something look so nice next to the crap most geeks keep around there computer.
I agree with you but its a good price differeance and the spec’s are better on the Dell. The respndse time is beter and maybe the contrast too I’m not sure about the contrast.
I would never buy a Dell product, But I do hear a lot of good things an their larger LCD’s. No firefire. I don’t use firewire at all anyways.
(ok I google for a price and I can’t really find on now. Where did I read it was $1800? man if its closer to the apple price of $2500 I will shit.
