Rats Get Rewards Too
Seems its not only mice that are rewarded with cheese after completing a maze.

this holiday why not rat out someone who is cheating on their income taxes (as long as they earn over 200K a year), if you do, you can get up to 30% off of your income tax bill (reward is considered taxable income) :: the form, the rules :: oh my ::
Funny I wasn’t going to link the form or the rules as Ze did in his post. Then I thought about how amusing it is that the rules are confusing as al fuck. Maybe not confusing, but I tend to drift after reading “code” and “section” followed by numbers. Then they always have to throw in an Act here and here.
I’m pretty sure this is a means to get tax cheaters on the accountant level. Lets pretend that I’m an accountant making a modest living and my client is making a small fortune. (I should know) I would be in a perfect situation to save some money by ratting him out. I can read IRS speak and can fill out forms with the best of them. Hell I’ve probable done the math of time involved to rat them out VS the 30% of my own personal taxes. I might even gleam at the thought of that calculated hourly wage for ratting him out. Down side would be maybe losing a client.
